Mary Blizman Yogurt and applesauce were my favorites. Added protein drinks to my morning coffee(s). Added a little apple juice or white grape juice to my ever-present water bottle just for variety.

Jessica Layne Tiller Hawaiian rolls are soft enough to chew and swallow…was nice to have some break with all the liquid stuff.

Sylvia Anderson Soft pasta with alfredo sauce, frozen banana slices (heaven on your throat) smoothies, steel cut oats with cream/milk and a bit of sugar on top.

Fatima Grace D. Aragon Nido Oriental soup, oil with pasta, steamed soft buns, siomai, pancake, soft chewy cookies dipped in milk, clear based soups is better for me.
